Relations

 

Relation section is used to manage all persons with whom we are directing related like our Customers, Vendors, Sellers, Brokers and Employees. We can manage details and important data about our customer, Employees, Brokers and Banks. In this section we can perform below operations.

For all relations few details are common and below is explanation for that information.

Company Name: In this field user need to enter name of the company.

Name: Name is compulsory field. In this field user need to add person’s name.

Address 1: This field contains main address.

Address 2: This field contains sub address.

City: This field contains name of city.

State: This Field contains name of state.

Zip code: This field contains postal code/Zip code/Area code.

Country: In this field user need to choose county.

Phone: In this field user need to enter phone number.

Mobile: In this field user need to enter mobile number.

Email: In this field user need to enter email address.

Photo: In this filed user need to choose photo for identification.

Select Project: This field contains list of all projects and we have to select particular project with which we want to connect customer. We can select multiple projects.

Opening Balance: In this field user can add opening balance. This is related with accounting this is used to make opening settlement with customer/vendors/bank.

Eg1. If we create one bank and we have balance of 50000, then in this field we have to enter 50000
