Expenses /Incomes Type
In our day to day activities we are doing so many types of incomes and expenses daily. We have to enter all types of incomes and expenses in this section like Travelling Expense, Light Bill, Chair Purchase etc. Expense/Income type is used in Finance module.
To Add/Edit Expense/Income Type:
Simply goes to Left panel=> Expenses/Incomes Type => Add Expense/Income Type
Here User can mange different Expense/Income for his project like Brick Purchase, Interest Receive, Travelling Expense etc We have to provide below information to create income/expense type.
Expense/Income Type Name: This is name of income or expense type e.g. Travelling Expense, Chair Purchase etc.
Type: We have to choose that name which we are entering is Income or Expense, if we choose Income then It will appear in Income Entry only and if we choose Expense then it will appear in Expense entry only.
User can also specify Expense/Income Type either Active or De-active. If status is De-active then it will not appear in Income and Expense section.
To Delete Expense/Income Type:
You are allowed to delete Expense/Income Type only if Expense/Income type not used in financial section, you can do it in Expense/Income type listing with
Icon.
