Ask for Help!

 

With help of this section user can send help request and also see request’s status and our feedback on that request.
 


Here user can do below task,

To Add Question/Issue

To View Details of Question/Issue

In help desk listing user can show details like Username, Request Date, Response Date and Status of question.

To Add Question/Issue:

Simply goes to Left panel=>My Package =>Ask for Help! => Ask for Help?

Here user show below field,

Name: This field show name of user who is making request.

Phone: This field shows phone number of person who is making request.

Email: This field shows Email Address of user who is making request.

Question: In this field user can write his question.
 


To View Details of Question/Issue:

User can view question details by simply click on  Icon in Help desk.       

While clicking on  Icon user show a help desk form where user can show question and also user can write some remark regarding question. After adding remark user can save that question and user can show history of his/her question.

In same form user show history of all response and request related with that particular issue like Response Date, Type and Answer or question.
