Incomes

 

During the life of project we are doing so many incomes like Sales of Scrap, Rent received for property etc.  We can manage all such type of incomes in this section.



In Incomes Section you can do below task.
To Add Income:
Simply goes to Left panel=> Financial => Incomes=>Click on Add Income Button

Select Project: In this field user need to select project.

Income Amount: In this field user need to enter Income amount.

Total Income: This field is automatic filled by Income Amount.

Income Date: In this field user has to select Income date.

Income By: In this field user has to select name of person who received Income.

Income Type: In this section user can select which kind of income is added in system, if income type which we want to enter is not entered in system then user can add income type by click on  Icon.

Payment TypeIn this field user can select Payment type of income. If income done by cheque then also need to enter other bank related information
 
Deposit Bank: Here all banks which are related to current projects will appear and we have to select bank in which we have to deposit received Income.

Customer Bank: In this field user need to enter customer’s bank name.

Cheque Number: Cheque number of customer’s cheque.

Cheque Date: Cheque date of cheque

Cleared Date: Cheque clear date, till we don’t fill this information income will be not registered in our system and you can see all this type of pending cheque in “Reports=> Received Not Clear

Remark: In this field user can write some remark about income.



To Edit Income:

Simply click on edit  Icon in Incomes Listing and you can able to edit all information.

To Remove Income:

Simply click on deleted  icon in Incomes listing and Income will be removed.

To Print Income Note:

We can easily give income note.

Simply goes to Incomes listing => In Your Income click on  Icon and you can download Income note.
