Capabilities

Maintenance Plan

The Maintenance Plan feature allows real estate businesses to create customized maintenance plans based on property type and area, with flexible collection intervals such as monthly, quarterly or yearly. This enables companies to structure and standardize maintenance fees efficiently, ensuring that all properties are covered under a clear, predefined plan that is easy to manage and adjust as needed.

Maintenance

The Maintenance feature assigns the pre-defined maintenance plans to rented or sold properties, allowing businesses to define the start and end dates of each plan. It also enables the digital storage of related documents for easy access and organization. Additionally, when a rented property is vacated, this feature facilitates the settlement of any outstanding maintenance payments, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate financial records.

Maintenance Schedule

The Maintenance Schedule feature automatically generates payment schedules for property maintenance based on the details set in the Maintenance Plan and Maintenance modules. For example, if a property of 1,000 square feet is set to have a maintenance fee of Rs. 2 per square foot per month for a year, the system will automatically generate a Rs. 2,000 maintenance schedule on the 1st of each month, showing it as an outstanding balance. This module also allows the admin to modify or add additional amounts as needed, ensuring accurate tracking and collection of maintenance payments. This automation ensures that maintenance fees are tracked consistently and accurately.

Maintenance Payment Receive

The Maintenance Payment Receive feature records all payments received against the scheduled maintenance fees, tracking key details such as payment date, method and amount. This ensures accurate financial tracking and enables the issuance of payment acknowledgments, maintaining clear communication with property owners or tenants and ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and accounted for.
