Meetings
With Help of this section you can do below things,
To Add Meeting Details:
Simply goes to Left panel=>My Personal =>Meeting List=> Add Meeting Details
Then need to fill up below information,
Select Project: In this field user need to select project name.
Subject: In this field user can add Subject name for meeting.
Meeting With: In this field user can specify name of person which whom we have to do meeting.
Location: Here user can add meeting location.
Date: By this field user can select meeting date.
Time: By this field user can select time for meeting.
Attend By: In this field user can select name who are attend meeting.
Purpose: In this field user can add purpose of current meeting.
Remark: In this field user can write some remarks about current meeting.
Status: By this field user can manage status of current meeting like Pending, Processing, Completed and Cancelled.
Related file: By this field user can attached related file for meeting.
Is Next Meeting: Using this option user can arrange this meeting on other days.
To Edit Meeting Details:
Simply click on edit Icon in Meeting Listing and you can edit Meeting details.
To Remove Meeting Details:
Simply click on deleted icon in Meeting Listing and Meeting Details will be removed.
To View Meeting Reminder:
Our system will remind you about meeting for which date is arrived. You can see it in Meeting Reminder widget in dashboard. If your meeting is completed then you can also mark that meeting is done in dashboard. You can also able to view Meeting’s detail from dashboard itself.
You are also able to see meeting’s status by its color code which will help you to identify that meeting is in which state.
