When you take back-up of your data we automatically store that data in our secondary server and in additional to that we also take all your data’s backup on every week to our other server so your data are stored in main server as well as on one alternative server so we can easily restore all your data when required.

Answer: We provide one additional level of security and when you make it active after someone login with correct login detail you will be send to one intermediate page and one SMS is automatically send to registered mobile number and that SMS contain one security code and if you enter that security code then only you are allowed to access system. And you can also check report of all logins in our system with Reports => Login Trace Report.

Answer: If for any reason you want to stop working with us then all your information and data will be removed from our system without any hesitation.

Question: Can I make all SMS and Email blocked?

Answer: yes you can easily do it and you have two options, 1^st option is that you can do it yourself and 2^nd option is that you have to send us request in helpdesk or need to talk with our representative.
 

Question: What is different between Cancelled Sales and Delete Sales?

Answer: Different between cancelled and delete is that for cancelled all data are remain in system and for delete all data are removed from our system.
